- The content and processes that you learn in OLH are global for all agencies because they emphasize learning the software. However, your agency may define limitations, processes, and procedures for you to follow.
- Connect your headphones / earbuds before you begin your learning.
- View the learning modules on computers when possible.
- If you are using a mobile device for your learning, use a stylus if possible.
