About this Training

Revenue Cycle Management encompasses the entire process from the patient’s admission to the collection of claims and payments. Revenue Cycle Management controls the claims and processes the payments received in return. The Billing Director, Billing Manager or the Billing Specialist is your go-to person for questions regarding not just Medicare and Medicaid payor specifics, but all your accepted insurances and payor methods. They ensure that all System Operations are working together to meet billing requirements and provide fast, efficient billing. Revenue Cycle Management is the final operation that interact with patient records and closes out the books on the care the organization provides. That is why we have broken down the most basic steps up through problem-solving and troubleshooting Revenue Cycle Management specific issues in our on-demand course.
