Hospice Provider Documentation - Level 1

Hospice Provider Documentation encompasses the medical care provided by Doctors and Nurse Practitioners specializing in hospice and palliative care. The Medical Director is a patient advocate and provides clinical expertise and leadership for the Hospice team. Collaborating with the care team during the IDG meetings, seeing the patient's for Face-to-Face visits,  ensuring that patient's needs are being met by the Hospice Care Plan, and that Hospice care is in the best interest of your patients. Your Organization may have these responsibilities centered around a solitary Medical Director, or distributed amongst a team of Physicians and Nurse Practitioners.  The aim of this course is to make a Hospice Provider Documentation expert out of you! That is why we have broken down the most basic steps up through reports and in our on-demand course.  Each level is comprised of various multimedia elements including videos, text, interactive images, and knowledge checks.  You will have access to the on-demand course for six months after registration.
