Course Introduction:
Welcome to the Medical Social Worker and Chaplain Transition Couch Visits course. Before your agency’s go live date, you need to transition your existing patients from your legacy system into Homecare Homebase. Back office staff enters referral and client information into R2. Then, you complete a couch visit on your device. Couch visits are non-billable data entry visits completed outside of the patient’s home for the purpose of copying the patient’s plan of care, visit frequency, and other information into PointCare.
