An introduction to Intake Central for Intake Coordinators
With Intake Central, agencies can manage their referral intake process all in one place. Referrals are received and processed in one centralized platform and are submitted directly to Back Office upon completion of Intake. In this course, Intake Coordinators will learn how to use Intake Central to add and edit referrals and assign and edit tasks.
