Welcome to your on-demand modular training in HCHB Online Learning Hub (OLH)!  This course is designed for self-navigation through each lesson to complete the overall course.  The training content is standardized for all agencies; however, your agency might have specific policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Mobile Device or Computer with Sound: Ensure your computer or mobile device has sound capabilities.
• Headphones: Recommended for better audio clarity.
• Stylus or Mouse: Suggested for easier navigation.
• Browser: Update your internet browser for the best experience.

Course Navigation:

• Sequential Navigation: You should complete each lesson in order before accessing the next one.
• Experienced Users:  Students who have prior experience in HCHB products may choose to skip optional learn lessons with dotted circles.

Completion Criteria:

• Tests and Practicums: Achieve a score of 90% or more on each test and practicum to pass.
• Test Out:  Experienced students may skip optional Learn lessons and only complete the tests and practicums.

Tips for Optimal Learning:

• Headphones: Connect them before starting your course.
• Preferred Devices: Use a computer whenever possible.  If using a mobile device, a stylus is recommended.
• Extra Practice:  If you need additional practice with a lesson, mute the sound on your device and repeat the lesson as many times as needed.
