Guidelines for Learners in HCHB Online Learning Hub (OLH):

• • The content and processes that you learn in OLH are global for all agencies because they emphasize learning the software.  However, your agency may define limitations, processes, and procedures for you to follow.
  • This course is an on-demand modular training which means you will self-navigate through each lesson to complete the overall course. 
  • Each lesson must be completed before the "Next" button will unlock.
  • You may, at times, have to refresh the page to ensure it is updated.
  • In order to pass this course, you must pass the tests with a 90% or more. 
  • Sequential navigation is enforced so you cannot access later lessons without completing the previous lesson.
  • You will need a computer or mobile device with sound.
  • The recommended browser to use is Google Chrome.  

Tips from Other Learners in OLH:

• • Connect your headphones / earbuds before you begin your learning.
  • View the learning modules on computers when possible.
  • Use an external mouse if possible.
  • If you are using a mobile device for your learning, use a stylus if possible.
