Welcome to your on-demand modular training in HCHB Online Learning Hub (OLH)!  This course is designed for self-navigation through each lesson to complete the overall course.  The training content is standardized for all agencies, although your agency might have specific procedures.

Requirements:

• Computer or Mobile Device with Sound: Ensure your computer or mobile device has sound capabilities.
• Headphones: Recommended for better audio clarity.
• External Mouse: Suggested for easier navigation.
• Browser: Use Google Chrome for the best experience.

Course Navigation:

• Refreshing: You may need to refresh the page to ensure it is updated.
• Unlocking Lessons: Each lesson must be completed before the "Next" button unlocks.
• Sequential Navigation: You must complete each lesson in order before accessing the next one.

Completion Criteria:

• Tests: Achieve a score of 90% or more on the tests to pass.
• Experienced Users:  Students who have prior experience in HCHB products may choose to skip optional learn lessons with dotted circles.

Tips for Optimal Learning:

• Headphones: Connect them before starting your course.
• Preferred Devices: Use a computer whenever possible. If using a mobile device, a stylus is recommended.
• Extra Practice:  If you need additional practice with a lesson, mute the sound on your device and repeat the lesson as many times as needed.
