What is Shift Manager?

    • A feature within the Care Manager mobile app providing 24x7 access to open or unfulfilled schedules.
    • Fully automated and connected with the HCHB Back Office scheduling system.
    • It empowers clinicians to pick additional schedules fitting their skills (Find Shifts).

Why would I use it?

    • To provide mobile access for your team to find suitable schedules.
    • To offer clinicians autonomy in choosing additional schedules with the "Find Shifts" feature.
    • To receive real-time feedback and updates on scheduling through a status dashboard.

Which systems do I use?

    • HCHB Back Office:  Set up worker's profile to allow access to Shift Manager.
    • Operations Team Portal (OTP) for CellTrak:  Manage worker's access.
      • Confirm synchronization between HCHB Back Office and OTP
      • Restore access after lockout
      • Suspend and restore access
      • Remove worker's access

How do I do it?

    1. Set up the worker in HCHB Back Office
    2. Manage the worker in OTP.
